Continuing the concept from the Passion Guide, I created an app prototype on Figma based on the themes of my Guide to San Diego Beaches. I created a new logo to use in my app; however, I tried to keep a lot of things as a reference to my project such as the same top three beaches and the same 20 locations. First, we outlined the functionalities of this app to create our mind map. We then started to explore some sketching and preliminary screens. I then dove into designing on Figma. not all of my screens are fully functional, but I developed them enough so that the app is clear enough for the prototype. The app can be used to find a beach that fits the user the best, save favorites, search for locations, and read reccent happenings in the area.
